Don’t miss the delicious breakfast at the adjoining hotel—great way to start the day! A complimentary shuttle to the ferry was a bonus for reaching the island!

My kids wished there were more entertainment options for families. An arcade or game room would have been great.

I stayed one night in a Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The AC was quiet and worked well. The location was convenient for walking downtown and had stunning lake views. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. 🌊

Ideal for family getaway

The outdoor community patio by the beach was nice but it was very dirty. Should at least be cleaned daily. And our room was decent, but the balcony was full of spiders – they really need to step up the cleaning. I mean, for the price we paid, I expect to enjoy a clean view while sipping my morning coffee. It was a letdown, trust me.

It definitely wasn’t cheap but honestly, for a few days, it was tolerable.

I really appreciated the convenient proximity to the marina and the breathtaking views of the lake from my room, making it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls along the waterfront and discover nearby attractions like the Mackinaw Bridge Museum less than a 15-minute walk away. As a solo traveler, it was fantastic to have not only comfortable accommodations but also easy access to attractions and dining options, adding to the overall experience.

It was just a proper fit for exploring town in Mackinaw City with very good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the first floor convenience. Watch out for the small breakfast area as it gets crowded quickly.

the comfort inn was easy to find and close to the lake. we loved the deluxe queen room with two queen beds. the front desk staff was very friendly and helped us locate nearby shops. we also enjoyed the spa tub, which was a nice touch. it's perfect for families and within walking distance to shops and boat rides.
